Description:

This residency, given the location, (Cerro Escabroso), the topography and the conformation of the area, represented a big challenge for any engineer or architect... so for some reason, we were the chosen ones.
Definitely, this classic style based in columns and great heights allowed us to have a clear ocean view from any point in the house because Los Arcos or Rocas de Mismaloya will always be an attraction and a global point of reference about this beautiful harbor.

The concept of building in four levels was originated by the topography of the area, which allowed us to achieve the storage area and installations in the inferior level, as well a visitors area in the next level, to centralize the social area with the terrace afterwards alongside the pool and the bar in the third level reaching a spectacular ocean view, same that that can be seen from the superior level where the principal room with a jacuzzi is located.
