About Pedro
Arellano


Born in the small town of Huejuquilla el Alto in the State of Jalisco, Mexico, Pedro was one of eight children of a humble family whose parents worked the land. Looking for more opportunities and a better future his family moved to the big city of Guadalajara before he was a year old. After ten years in Guadalajara, his family moved north of the country to Mexicali, Baja California. It was here that Pedro began his successful architectural career.

Through determination and the strong desire to become an architect, Pedro graduated from the Autonomous University of Baja California. While still a student, he was invited to work with 3 of the most prestigious local Architects (Javier Jimenez Esquivel, Cesar Ruben Castro Bojorquez and Fernando Uro Jumper).

His graduating thesis entitled ‘Missions in the Peninsula of Baja California’ was developed in conjunction with seven other proficient architects and ex-school mates in the architectural field.
They shared the honor to have their thesis edited for publication and sale by the Mexican Government. Pedro at the age of 38 decided to return to Guadalajara He currently resides.

His passion for his profession and his ability to interact well with clients has resulted in his specialization in the areas of design and construction. Pedro is committed to satisfying his clients’ needs and expectations with emphasis on the delivery of quality construction projects. He welcomes suggestions for special features and techniques from his clients.

Pedro and his competent employees have successfully built hundred of new homes, and completed major renovations for clients of several different nationalities. These projects included designs and styles common to North America, Europe, Mexico, Mediterranean and Caribbean.

With 43 years of experience in architecture and construction, he is recognized as a builder with integrity that strives to exceed the expectations of his clientele. Working with Pedro, takes the anxiety out of buying or building a new home.

Architect Pedro Arellano is a member of several National and International organizations, both in the field of Architecture and Real Estate, his offices in CHAPALA are well established and have earned prestige over the years.
